“Email-A-Friend” Information: If you choose to use our referral service to tell a friend about our Site, we will ask you for your friend’s name and email address. We will automatically send your friend a one-time email inviting his or her to visit the Site and we do not store this information.
We may disclose Consumer information if required to do so by law or in the bona fides belief that such action is necessary to comply with local, state or federal laws or to respond to a court order, judicial or other government subpoena or warrant.
We also reserve the right to disclose Consumer information that we believe in good faith is appropriate or necessary to take precautions against liability; protect Clients from fraudulent, abusive or unlawful uses, to investigate and defend ourselves against any third party claims or allegations; to assist government enforcement agencies; to protect the security or integrity of the Site and to protect against fraudulent uses, the rights, property or safety of Every Ounce Counts, our Consumers, our Clients or others.
If you no longer wish to receive our weekly newsletter and promotional communications, you may opt out of receiving them by following the instructions included in each email or communication.
Third party ad servers or ad networks may serve advertisements within the Site. These third party ad servers or ad networks use technology to send, directly to your browser, the advertisements and links that appear on the Site. These ad servers automatically receive your IP address when this happens and they may also use other technologies (such as cookies, JavaScript or web beacons) to measure the effectiveness of their advertisements and to personalise their advertising content.
Our Privacy Policy does not apply to, and we cannot control the activities of, such other advertisers or webSite.
We use commercially reasonable physical, managerial and technical safeguards to preserve the integrity and security of your personal information.
